Hi Alain, Two-- 155,000 btu heat exchangers is not large enough for a 38,000 gallon pool.  SP300 SS heat exchanger is sized for a 26,000 gallon pool. I would suggest you require two of  the SP 300 SS heat exchanger each will be $314.00 US funds includes  10% off. UPS freight estimate is $35.00 dollars each. Please let me know if you like proceed with the order. Alain,   Your price is $850.00 US Dollars for  600,000 kBtu Stainless Steel heat exchanger. Delivery from  our supplier is 2 weeks from the date of our order. Delivery price to your USA address by UPS ground ( 4 days) is $50.00 US Funds.  Alain a 50% deposit is required to place the order and the balance is due prior to shipping the product to you.
