I want a pump to circulate water through my solar panels.  I want it to work directly off of my 25 watt solar electric panels - on when the sun is up, off when it isn't.  Pump slowly when the sun is weak, faster when it is hot.

Will you Laing DC 5 pump do that?

Yes the Laing pump will run directly off your 25 Watt panel and is variable meaning it will adjust its speed as the solar energy intensifies.
