sq. footage is approx. 1500.  3 people live in the house.  I think it is force air electric, will have to check on thatthanks for the quick replysandy adams

Hi Sandy, What size is you existing domestic hot water tank or do I assume it is at least a 50 to 60 gallon domestic hot water tank.
